The people there that helped me grow.
Very supportive and nurturing environment
The company is always wanting to improve their culture and have more team bonding activities
What I wish was different
It was honestly a cool internship, but I just wished there was more opportunities to work with other interns as well.
Advice
It’s never too late to apply for your first internships. Some employers will be willing to teach you the tools for the job, and that’s what KIPP has done for me.

What I liked
I like how my supervisors are super understanding and flexible with my schedule. They also take time to help me with stuff I don’t know how to do.
What I wish was different
Working different task. Sometimes the work can be repetitive, but that’s what my job is.
Advice
Very excellent work environment and not too stressful. Love how the office has events and parties once in a while.
