The community and how flexible things are. Also how willing the managers are to teach us something no matter how long we've been working.
What I wish was different
For Doordash to tell customers what we're out of.
Advice
Don't be afraid to ask questions on how to do something or where something goes. But also do your best to remember what you're told. The more honest independence you show the more the managers trust you. Make friends with your coworkers and find the fun in your job. Do not share your drama in your life to a coworker without their consent. And finally watch unattended kids. They're the messy ones.

What I liked
My boss is awesome! I had plenty of hours and got paid well. My employer was flexible with my schedule. The food is really good, too.
What I wish was different
Obviously, a higher pay rate would have been nice. I also found working with customers to be difficult at times.
Advice
A job is a job. I went, I worked hard, and I got paid. I didn't find it very fulfilling, though. I would have definitely preferred to gain some experience in my field of study rather than just work for money.
