I liked the working up north on I-25 towards Fort Collins. People were willing to show me the skills needed to be out in the field.
What I wish was different
I wish I had started there since day 1. That was not the case. I started in a Denver project for two months and then got moved up north for one month.
Advice
I would recommend asking many questions and carry a notebook to write down the answers or key words that can later help out.

What I liked
Willing to help you learn and grow as an individual and within the company. They offered their own training courses that occurred monthly. They want to let new comers see things that they have not seen before and help them gain knowledge through experiences
What I wish was different
I wish their communication was more effective and that they could let their interns be a little more "free" and trust some of their work done.
Advice
It was a great experience and if they offer you any opportunity to learn/gain additional knowledge take it. Continuing education courses will help you even if it is not aimed towards your position it helps you understand what others are doing in their jobs.

Get your hands dirty right away. Show your employer that you are not afraid to step up and do work.
