What I like about L.I. Smith is a broad subject. L.I. Smith has given me the opportunity to Intern through-out the entire summer of 2022. I am currently back interning over Christmas break 22'. My time spent at L.I. Smith has exceeded my expectations in many aspects. The employees are all welcoming and are amazing at their jobs. When I was hired during the summer, I knew very little about surveying. I learned so much over my time here and L.I. Smith made me love my job. If you want to start off your career as a student or after college, L.I Smith is going to be the place I recommend to anyone interested in this field. Believe me when I say, "L.I. Smith is great!"

Advice
Listen to who is instructing you in the office or out in the field and you will gain so much knowledge about your job. Also know there is something new to learn every day even if you've been surveying a lifetime.
