L&L Offers an internship experience that allows you to work both independently and as a group.
I was in a unique situation and they were still able to get me into experiences that will benefit me in the long run.
What I wish was different
My Experience at L&L has been nothing short of spectacular. That being said there was some time during my stay when I had a "gap" in my workload and was left with nothing to do. However, it is during these times L&L encourages its interns to get to know the full-time staff.
Advice
Be open to anything - even if it doesn't seem like it will be in your area of expertise odds are L&L will work to accommodate you.
