What I liked

I love my coworkers at Next of Kin, and working with the Chef is fantastic. Chef Marco pushes me to expand my horizons and learn something new. Its the perfect pace for me and our team is tight.

What I wish was different

I wish communication between the company and the restaurant could be better. I wish people asked more questions and were willing to listen more.

Advice

"Hard Work Pays Off." Having a strong work ethic will prove to a company that you are serious about your position and they will look to you to take on more responsibility. If you come to work in the wrong mindset, then you will never move up or grow anywhere.
