What I liked

I loved the people I worked with and the people I worked for! I enjoyed being able to give my time to the camp. I was a camper at LGYC when I was younger for many years, so it was awesome to work somewhere that has really shaped my childhood.

What I liked

I loved the comunity of believers that I grew with over the summer. It was amazing to learn new skills in the kitchen and learnign to cook on mass scale.

What I wish was different

I wish I would have been able to have more of a leadership role in the camp. I would have liked to have been more informed on the weekly plans.

Advancement and Marketing Intern

What I liked

I was able to use what I learned from my graphic design classes in college and apply my marketing and design skills to my internship.

What I wish was different

The atmosphere was a bit dry at some points because I would work a lot on my own, but my co-workers were always there if I needed them.

Advice

Work hard and be open to learning new things. Each business has it's own ways of doing things, but by working hard and being ready to learn you'll become a valuable worker.
