I liked the staff and the patience that they had while we were learning.
What I wish was different
The communication between the full time staff and summer staff needed to be better.
Advice
I enjoyed serving others. There are different activities that you learn how to do, which made the job more fun (instead of sticking to one thing the whole summer).
