Latino U College Access Inc. (LUCA) is a Westchester County based non-profit organization dedicated to increasing college enrollment and success among low income, first generation Latino youth. LUCA provides equal access and guidance to students and their families through education, outreach, collaboration and advocacy, enabling students to reach their full academic potential.
