I loved the complete confidence they awarded us and free range to work on a project as necessary so long as the deliverables were completed on time and worked. When I needed help, asking was easy and everyone was willing to work through issues I was facing.
What I wish was different
The work was amazing but tool organization was not the best. Other than that, fantastic company.
Advice
If you have the chance to work with a small team on cool projects, regardless of the area of engineering, go for it. There is nothing like it and the breadth of projects you work on is something you just can't get in a large corporation.
