I love how my coworkers have become a second family. I enjoy doing paperwork and learning about the franchise more in-depth.

I wish that as an assistant manager I could be able to do 40 hours a week.

What I liked

The managers were really kind and fun to work with. The schedule, for the most part, is very flexible, which was great considering I tend to have a chaotic schedule.

What I wish was different

I wish the work ethic of the rest of the employees would have been better. Sometimes it felt like pulling teeth to try to get work done.

Advice

Try to pitch in anywhere you can, and move fast. You might get promoted quicker that way.

Night shifts were a bit stressful with all the tasks that had to be completed.

Advice

Part time jobs are great especially for teenagers so I recommend any who has not had a job yet to find some place to work for at least a little bit to get some experience.
