My team was very willing to help me with stuff when I had questions and never made me feel bad if I didn't know something. I also enjoyed the variety of intern events that occurred throughout the program such

What I wish was different

As the intern program is relatively new, it felt like my team wasn't entirely prepared for me to come aboard, and I found it hard to figure out the ropes. I think this process could have been better by providing more guidance or saving tasks which were good for new joins to work on.

Advice

This is a hybrid role. I would suggest you come into the office every chance you get just to get the chance to talk with colleagues (interns and full-time) because you get a lot more that way. You learn things you wouldn't expect just by being around people.

What I liked

I like about my job is that it becomes easier because we help each other and we are having fun always. Free of expression, share what we like or don't like so that our relationship as a team is stronger. Personally, I like to work as a team.

What I wish was different

I wish the salary was higher and experience was taken into account because I have been with them for two years and they do not increase my payment, nor do they rate my work at a better salary.

Advice

My advice is that you can achieve everything you set your mind to because one day I decided to find a job to become independent, I went to ask and here I am providing service to clients, helping what I like to do most: "helping" because when my coworkers need me they come to me for help. help and because I learned everything I needed in the store. Always the most important thing to find and get what you really enjoy is the beginning.

What I liked

My manager was very flexible with my crazy school and life schedule, she made sure I was attending to every aspect of my life, while working full time. I also loved the regional manager, he was very personable and took a lot of time out of his day to fix any issue we were having.

What I wish was different

I wish the owner wasn't so out of touch with the way a store runs and how the team carries out tasks. He has his own ideas without having worked in the store, we found efficiency in what we were doing and he didn't see that.
