I enjoyed meeting new people and networking, as well as learning new things about marketing that I previously had not known.
What I wish was different
Although a beneficial experience as a whole, I wish I was more actively involved with the projects the marketing consultant was working on. I was given a lot of busy work.
Advice
Definitely take notes, and above all, listen. It was a good experience, but next time I would look into an actual advertising company. This was a great starting internship, however, and I am grateful to have connected and worked with some very kind, intelligent and helpful people.
