What I liked

I was the Head Camp Counselor of 40 5 years old, with 3 other co-workers. I really liked working with these little girls and contributing to their summer fun!

What I wish was different

I wish I had a little less of the amount of girls, but 40 was certainly a challenge and I got through it successfully.

Advice

One piece of advice I would like to share is when obtaining a lead role, it is vital to take action from any problems or situations that is among you. Tackle each problem as they come and with the best intensions and interest from you and your team!
