The Lotus Company was founded in 2013 as a multi-family and commercial real estate developer. Since its inception, Lotus has acquired, rehabilitated, and developed over 500 residential units and 350,000 square feet of commercial space. Over 800 units are currently in various stages of development. As a Salt Lake City-based company, Lotus is among the fastest-growing developers in Utah and is the largest developer in Ogden.
Lotus is comprised of two main verticals, Lotus Development and Lotus Hospitality. To-date, Lotus Development has made up the vast majority of the company's resources, but an aggressive expansion into the Brewing, Distilling, Venue, and Service industries has brought the on-boarding of many seasoned industry professionals.
The Lotus Company's principal partners are Bryan Wrigley and Joe Torman. The Lotus team is composed of divisions for Financing, Accounting, Construction Management, Hospitality, and Design.
