coworkers actually working together and not making everything a competition.
Advice
When it comes to retail they are hard on credit cards and make workers anxious on reaching the goal to open cards. This is one thing that makes me hate it. Let me come naturally. don't force/pressure people to open cards or give them an ultimatum.
