I was able to learn the ins and out of PR from the talent perspective.
What I wish was different
I honestly don't feel like Craig and Kevin even needed an assistant. They've been working together in this business for about 8 years and seem like they're stuck in their own perspectives. I understand that the entertainment industry is known to be filled with people like this and that you need to work your way up but I think Craig, specifically, has some personal issues he needs to deal with instead of taking them out on others. He'd be very anal about minor things such as when I'd say "thanks" instead of "thank you." Also Craig and I got into a bit of an argument that elevated too and got personal much when I made an educated guess. Also they have some clients who are POC and Craig and Kevin don't really know too much about their identities.
Advice
When interviewing for an internship or job always make sure that you and whoever is interviewing get along and seem to be able to work together.
