I liked how the team worked together while running the line. I also liked how the manager and staff were always looking for ways to improve the line with the employee input.
What I wish was different
I wish I was regularly offered more overtime.
Advice
Overall, it was a fabulous experience. I strengthened my team work skills and my ability to learn fast and efficiently.
