I liked how I was able to contribute meaningfully to projects with my manager - no task that I was given was ever unimportant! I also appreciated the opportunity to meet a lot of people in different areas of the agency - this allowed me to learn more about the departments outside of Account Service.
What I wish was different
I wish that I had more experience working with a variety of clients in different industries. And of course with Covid I wish more people had been in the office, but am glad that I was able to go in whenever I wanted to.
Advice
Take advantage of the opportunities this internship presents! Everyone at the agency wants to help you grow and learn, so don't be afraid to schedule time on people's calendars to learn about what they do - they can help you find your interests are are great connections to have.

I loved every minute! From the people to the work to the office itself - Marcus Thomas LLC is a stellar agency filled with rockstars.
What I wish was different
I wish there were more intern socials/outings as I loved all the interns I worked with and would've enjoyed bonding with them more.
Advice
I wish I would've connected with more people outside of my CoP! I loved learning about all the moving parts of an advertising agency as well as making connections - and this internship is perfect for just that!
