Advice
Ask for more responsibility or for a raise. Things can get busy and people aren't always keeping track of who has earned their raise or is ready for a promotion. Showing initiative by asking is great: but make sure you're also on top of teaching strategies, student rapport, and administrative duties. Remember that you'll always be able to learn a new way to teach topics and engage students.
