Crew Members / Crew Trainers / Job Coaches: Customer Service, Kitchen Staff: $9.50 - $12.00 per hour
Job Description: Good customer service skills are integral to the way we do things at McDonald's. A crew member will
be expected to provide customers with a quick and accurate service and show sensitivity to their individual needs, both
from behind the till as well as in the dining areas. Food Preparation and cooking the wide variety of food we offer involves
using a broad range of equipment and tools. They need to produce orders to a consistently high standard and understand
that quality control is vital. Cleanliness and Hygiene requires thorough training in order to maintain our high standards.
Before they start, they learn to use a variety of cleaning utensils and chemical cleaning products along with the correct
protective equipment. Crew trainers are responsible for guiding newer crew members in their daily work activities.
Maintenance Team Members: $10 - $13.00 per hour
Job Description: Primary job is to keep the entire restaurant clean. This includes the outside and inside as well as
customer areas and non-customer areas. You will boil out vats and filter our deep fryers. You will also maintain the
rooftop HVAC units, exhaust units and general rooftop cleanliness. You will keep certain pieces of equipment maintained.
Must be handy and skilled in equipment repair.
Shift Managers / Assistant Managers: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour
Job Description: Managers lead shifts every week, making sure customers get a fast, accurate, friendly experience
every visit. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure great Quality,
Service and Cleanliness to our customers. Shift Managers perform a variety of tasks, which may include planning for
each shift, monitoring performance during the shift, taking action to ensure the team is meeting McDonald's standards,
monitoring safety, security, and profitability, and communicating with the next Shift Manager to help prepare him/her to run
a great shift, too. Shift Managers may also be responsible for meeting targets during their shifts and for helping their
assigned Departments meet their goals. Department Managers are responsible for assisting General Managers with
managing operating systems in the restaurant. Seeking Serv Safe certified professionals.
General Managers: $39,000 - $52,000 per year
Job Description: Restaurant General Managers are the CEOs of our multi-million dollar restaurants. General managers
are responsible and accountable for operations, customer satisfaction, sales/profit, employee relations , shift management
and team building. A successful candidate will have in excess of one year restaurant experience and understand the
importance of serving the customer and possess strong leadership skills. We value honesty, integrity, equality and a
strong work ethic. Seeking Hamburger University (ROLP) graduates.
