Freedom in choosing areas that I would like to focus in; a small team within which I felt like a could make an impact; fantastic people to work with that have a lot of experience and wisdom to impart; a fantastic view of Seattle from the office.

When you have something to do, own it! Become the expert in whatever it is that you're tasked with - you'll build confidence, which fortifies your intuition and hones your decision making skills.
