I loved how helpful everyone was and how willing they were to teach me new things.
What I wish was different
I wish I spent more time with them to fully understand all of my possible roles. They tried to train me as a room technician in addition to my normal job and there just wasn’t enough time.
Advice
My advice to people looking into veterinary school would be to look into Medvet. It’s an excellent branch of hospitals throughout the country and they have all of the specializations at different locations. It’s a great place to get your foot in the door for your career.
