What I liked

I like they they worked to find a project to suit my skill set, but that would still challenge me and give me room to grow.

What I wish was different

I really had to think about this question. One of the only downsides is working out of a satellite office, you have different access to services than if you worked in HQ.

Advice

I would tell them to not worry about what company they work for. Too many people worry about the name of the company they work for, and want to work for a well known company. It's significantly better to work for a company that isn't necessarily well known, but treats you well and works with you. Some big name companies don't have the same level of respect for their interns.
