What I liked

I really enjoyed having the guidance from my supervisor during the entire experience. I felt like I could go to them with any questions or concerns and know that they will be answered.

What I wish was different

The only thing I wish that was different was getting to work beside those in the marketing department instead of being on zoom, but that would have been impossible because they are in Atlanta. I truly have no complaints, I had a great experience.

Advice

The best piece of advise I have is to take the opportunity and run with it. Also, ask all the questions that you can because you are there to learn. Do not be afraid or intimidated because your super visor wants you to succeed.

What I liked

The laid-back work atmosphere and interacting with customers

What I wish was different

My biggest/only complaint was that there was a good amount of rude customers and people that didn't tip me or other servers.

Advice

If you're going into any server position, try to have fun with your job and the customers. It'll make every shift better.
