I like how to was flexible to my schedule. Everyone was friendly and offered help when needed. Training was a big part, I learned more that way and I got to see how my job assignments played a part in the bigger picture.

What I liked
I enjoyed learning about how Real Estate Finance operates and how the company has come to be successful throughout it's short time.
What I wish was different
I wish this internship would have been more structured in the sense that I would have wanted to have had more tasks and responsibilities within the company.
Advice
Ask early within any internship on what you can improve so you can slowly start working on yourself to become a young professional.
