Metabolic Meltdown is a 45 minute, total body workout that incorporates a unique blend of metabolic training exercises to burn fat and build muscle. The workout varies GREATLY from day to day, and is highly customized to the individual needs of the client. We have three locations across the capital region and each location holds ten classes per day. At every Metabolic Meltdown class, our clients will do the same workout on any given day, regardless of location and time. This creates a truly special fitness community.
