The job allowed a lot of freedom and independence. There was no strict schedule or directions for the various assignments. This allowed me to be creative and learn.
What I wish was different
I wish there would have been move opportunity for advancement within the company.

Approach every job with an open-mind. Give others the benefit of the doubt, especially if it is something new to you.
