The nature of the company provides tremendous opportunity to learn about the public sector consulting process from Requests for Proposal to final deliverables. I particularly liked the solidarity managers and senior staff provided with regards to career progression. The Founder/CEO's focus on continuous growth creates a welcoming space for creative thinkers and problem solvers. I think MFR is a great place to start a consulting career.
