I loved working with the kids and making them feel like real basketball players.
What I wish was different
I wish there was more time for one on one instruction so I could really hone in on they skills and work with them on the ones they were struggling with.
Advice
Definitely listen to the kids, if they want to work on something or want to do something a certain way then make sure you are taking their opinion into consideration.

What I liked
i enjoyed the company culture and the structure of the internship program! There were a lot of people with different experiences in different departments.
What I wish was different
I wish there were more bonding events among the interns organized by the company & program, but there's no lack of things to do in Miami anyway.
