What I liked

I liked how the job was very fast paced. I was always on my feet and got to communicate with co-workers, which I enjoyed. I had never done this type of job before, so everything was new to me, but I learned pretty quickly and enjoyed interacting with so many different types of people.

What I wish was different

There really isn't anything I would changed, I enjoyed just about all aspects of the job.


I would advise a person entering this type of position to get to know the restaurant menu, including food and drinks. It helps to know what you're talking about from the beginning so you can successfully sell various foods and drinks to ultimately make the customer as happy as possible.
