I’d say it is very balanced. Working for the state has the reputation of working fixed hours, no more, no less. And that is absolutely true. They expect you to be out of there no later than end of day.

Strong adobe skills. PowerPoint is a plus too. Although it wasn’t a requirement, having knowledge of web design would be beneficial.
