I was able to experience situations in which I will be going through on a weekly basis in my own career. I liked the way the firm operated as a whole, the independence, and the ability to work with others freely.
What I wish was different
The income from the internship was suitable for the internship, however, it makes it difficult to afford things such as gas for your vehicle and other necessities.
Advice
I would recommend that within this internship specifically, wake up everyday and go to work as if you have already graduated and assumed the position of an advisor. Do you see yourself doing this for the foreseeable future? Like anything in life, you'll get out of this what you put into it.
