Push yourself. I was halfway into my internship and I knew I could take on more but I was comfortable in what I was doing. I was afraid to do something different because I did not want to miss out on the opportunities that I was currently having. When my internship ended, I agreed with my supervisor that I was always capable of taking on more but I needed more confidence. I think I could have found that confidence if I pushed myself.
