Andrena is an absolutely wonderful person, she really helped me figure out what I could do to help the company day-to-day.
What I wish was different
I wish I got to work with the current marketing people they had, however, she was out of the office due to something personal, so I reported directly to Andrena.
Advice
Understand that Occupational Healthcare is a very competitive field, so do some research before coming into the position. MTOEM offers a wide variety of skill sets to learn from, and if you want some good sales experience and great marketing opportunities to really test your skills I recommend coming here.
