Tucked between the Green Mountains and Lake Champlain in a progressive college town, the MNFC is a democratic, member-owned cooperative committed to providing healthy, competitively priced foods; encouraging ecologically sound and healthful patterns of production and consumption; and responding to members’ needs accordingly. Since our beginnings 45 years ago, we have expanded to over 5,000 member-owners who are guided by shared values in sustainable business practices, growing the local foods movement, and supporting our community.
