Midstate Construction is a general contractor located in Petaluma, California in the heart of beautiful Sonoma County just north of San Francisco. We have 86 years building quality construction in hospitality, retail, public works, and multi-family residential projects. Midstate’s team is top-notch! We are looking for smart, enthusiastic, eager, dedicated individuals to join our excellent team to learn, grow, and contribute to our company's overall success. We offer a hands-on training program and room for growth. You may start out as an estimator, project engineer or field engineer and through diligence and experience, start running your own projects as a Project Manager or Superintendent. Midstate has an active Community Outreach program to give back to our community and several social functions throughout the year.
