Midwest Physical Therapy Services (MPTS) has been incorporated since 1987. From 1988 to 2012 it operated as a Partner in Family Physical Therapy Services. Since June of 2012, Family PT has dissolved and Midwest has been operating independently, under the sole ownership of Cheryl Wisinski, PT, DPT, WCS. Our team at Midwest Physical Therapy Services (MPTS) is composed of physical therapists, physical therapist assistants (PTA) and technicians. Each member of our team plays a very important role in providing optimal treatment to our patients.
