Interning for Village Engage requires one to be self-driven since most of the tasks require a good deal of independent work and my supervisor has a more laissez-faire style of work.

I enjoyed how much control I had over my time and the autonomy I had to choose my own projects.
What I wish was different
Advice
I would advise new Fellows to keep themselves to a good schedule and plan their days in a productive manner as a lot of the work will be self-paced.
