The variety of jobs, and the constant learning environment. As the demand for different products changed so did the work that we were required to do, and it was fun needing to learning new jobs.
What I wish was different
*The accommodations for small people. Some of the safety gear specific to certain jobs was slightly to large for me and some of my coworkers. This affected our productivity by getting in the way of the product.
Advice
It is a really nice summer job and they sometimes offer for seasonals in the winter. Personally I believe third shift is probably the best shift to be on. If you are able I would recommend taking third shift.
