I love my coworkers and the managers are incredibly validating and positive. While dishwashing I wear my headphones and I get to be in my own little world.
What I wish was different
I hope that MBC will be better about handling hiring/firing more eloquently
Advice
I would advise to not take it too seriously. If you clock in, do your job well, and keep your head down, it's a very enjoyable place to work.

What I liked
Being able to work as an assistant manager while doing work I learned in my classes to provide analysis for the restaurant.
What I wish was different
This internship was made for me so there wasn’t really many guidelines, it was more free lance with a few things that the company wanted to see as far as analytics go.
Advice
Even if you have to start out somewhere small, keep working hard to get where you want to be, you’ll get there.
