The culture of the organization was embracing and inclusive throughout my whole time there, and I can tell it is not a front but genuinely part of their DNA. Not once did I feel like I was "just an intern" and truly felt that I was a part of the team that was an integral part of their development.
What I wish was different
That I could have been present in person! This was (understandably) a remote opportunity due to the pandemic. I can only imagine how much better it would have been if I were able to interact with everyone person-to-person.
Advice
Do not be afraid to put yourself out there and ask as many questions as possible. You are learning from wonderful, experienced people who wish to nurture your growth and bring out your full potential.

What I liked
Getting sales experience and working with customers to build subs packages and selling individual tickets as well.
What I wish was different
I really enjoyed the people and the work and i have no complaints.
Advice
Learning Tessitura is probably the biggest requirwnt but once you have that down everything starts to fall into place. Being friendly and always accommodating as well as patient is very important for this position.
