I received a lot of feedback on my work, and got a lot of hands on experience because the company is run and operated by one individual, Colin Chase. Everyday I worked I was in his office with him the majority of the time, and was able to see what he did on a daily basis.
What I wish was different
It would have been nice to work in a larger firm, but I knew what I was getting myself into.
Advice
Be honest with Colin when he asks questions and don't hold back from being yourself. Once you open up to him, he starts to open up as well and it makes the experience all the more better.
