MMR is a full service ambulance company providing Basic, Advanced and Critical Care transportation services across 15 counties in mid and northern Michigan. Our workforce of nearly 600 employees are highly trained, skilled and compassionate EMS professionals who take PRIDE in delivering quality medical care and outstanding service to our patients and their families.
Our fleet of more than 100 vehicles travels more than 3.5 million miles annually across our 7,500+ square mile service area. MMR transports over 90,000 patients annually. MMR is accredited by the Commission on the Accreditation of Ambulance Services (CAAS), considered to be the gold standard in quality service and operational excellence. Additionally, MMR was the first in the State of Michigan to receive ACE designation (Accredited Center of Excellence) by the National Academy of Emergency Medical Dispatch.
