The people are incredibly nice and easygoing. Even though I worked online this summer because I was in Tucson and the other offices were in Nashville and New York, immediately I felt welcome. Unlike other internships, they give me real work and trust me to complete it, and I love that responsibility.

Advice
It's okay if you mess up. I know, I hate hearing that too, because I'm a perfectionist and making mistakes seems careless and weak to me... But the thing is, we're human, so even if you're the most careful and precise person in the world, you will still make mistakes. So own up to them, and chances are your boss will forgive you and laugh it over. You learn faster when you've made them. (Not saying to make them, just saying that it's inevitable, and it's okay!)
