The experience I gained in the workplace is irriplacable. It taught me about time managment skills and how to work efficiency in a fast-pace work environment.
What I wish was different
Some job sites were often on the other side of the state, which meant early wake up times and long drives. While this is not a deal breaker, it could be helpful to live near Monarch building
Advice
I recommend preparing for the work days beforehand by figuring out what you will be doing so it will be easier to learn and do what is required of you.
