What I liked

Learning new experiences that I have never done before and making customers day better when talking to them with empathy and can do statements.

What I wish was different

Being able to work with my school schedule so that I could’ve continued to work there right now.

Advice

I did learn a lot with it being my first call center. I learned how to use empathy in bad l situations that people are in.
