“I really enjoyed the atmosphere that I worked in. At Mount Hermon Family Camp, every week was identical which made it easy to get into the swing of things. The facilities were nice and the community I was surrounded in was very involved. As a lead program assistant, the job description is broad. I enjoyed that each day of the week was a different routine and I was flexible in the sense that I held many responsibilities of varying types. It was encouraging that there were other staff members whose sole responsibility was to check on the spiritual well-being of other staff members, which was really encouraging.”
