The experience grows you professionally, spiritually, and personally. It utilities your gifting and it is a wonderful ministry to be a part of. The department is great to work with ands they truly invest in your success .

I wish I had gotten my license sooner so that way I could drive the van for the team
Advice
It takes a servant leader to make team dynamics mesh, and to enhance the experience of camp for the kids who are seeking Christ. Lead by example and do not let frustrations of constant travel erode your friendships.

I was given a task and was able to complete it on my own.
What I wish was different
I wish that we had more workers to lighten the load. I also wish that I had gotten paid a little more each summer that I was there.
