They're super flexible and accommodating. I really appreciate their patience and encouragement. You also get a lot of diverse business experience, i.e. in marketing, accounting, project management, IT, to really grow your skill set. The people are incredibly kind. The projects are super interesting. Overall, it's an awesome company to work for.

Be proactive!! They are super big about getting you exactly what you want in terms of experience - if you want more projects with a certain department, just ask and they will be more than happy to give you more in that area.
